Once your order is dropped off it is no longer our responsibility to track or locate your package. If you have specific questions regarding your package, please contact the postal service by phone or visit your local postal office.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time 

Unfortunately, during the pandemic and hurricane season packages maybe delayed. If a delay may occur due to natural disasters and/or postal service delays, we will immediately update our customers via email. If you need a package immediately, please check out with Express Shipping. 

If you purchase a preorder or ship by item, the entire order will not be shipped until the preorder is ready. Please email if you would like items to ship separately.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 24-48 business hours for package to be processed and tracking number updated.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ORDERS “IN TRANSIT” WITH USPS! You must contact USPS to start a claim. 

ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED 
If your order is returned to us due to the address entered at checkout undeliverable, you must pay a reshipping fee  (The order will not be cancelled).

Not Received, "Delivered"or Lost Packages 

Please contact USPS or UPS to submit a claim and file a police report with your local authorities.
